Thanks to Blue Oak Energy, the Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District, in San Rafael, California, has been able to offset their expensive electric bill with a 600kW PV system. Hemmed in on all sides by reclaimed water and natural wetland habitat, the site required due diligence on planning, surveying, and permitting. We met the challenge by designing a unique and cost effective project to rest in San Francisco Bay mud.
